As a FIT graduate, I have over 22 years of experience in the fashion and bridal industry. Over the years, I’ve had the privilege of working with renowned bridal designers and luxury brands. My background includes Merchandising, Product Development, sales strategy, and global consulting, which allows me to help brands grow and reach their target customers effectively. This experience has given me a comprehensive understanding of both the creative and business sides of the industry.
In 2022 I founded Esperanza Bridal based on my passion for planning and executing beautiful collections, while offering a 360 consultancy that encompasses design and identity, market research, operations, and sales solutions for both bridal and evening.

What makes Esperanza Bridal & Evening unique to the market?
When a designer decides they require a salesperson, they frequently fail to recognize the broader perspective. My role involves partnering with designers throughout the entire process, ensuring they establish a solid foundation for their success. The initial step involves crafting a comprehensive merchandising plan, which I view as the blueprint for their upcoming collection.
This plan includes essential components such as trends, silhouettes, fabrics, and pricing, guaranteeing that the designs resonate with current market demands and the expectations of buyers. After the merchandising plan is finalized, we transition into the design phase, where I support designers with fabric choices, fit modifications, and pricing strategies. As many of the designers I collaborate with are based internationally, it is imperative to guide them in understanding the preferences of U.S. buyers and how to satisfy those specific market requirements. By adhering to this meticulous and structured process, designers gain a definitive roadmap that significantly enhances their prospects for success in the competitive bridal and evening gown sector.
